Service Description

Fitness fusion of different exercise techniques such as... pilates; cardio; HITT, strength and core training etc.... A place for parents to get physically stronger, have fun, get fit and have a social outlet with other parents at the school, and be a great role model for their families in living a healthy life style. Class is set as an hour however it will be 45 min of an active workout, the other time is set aside for arrival and a coffee social at the end. During the class babies will either be in the middle of on mummy's mat and toddlers are free to wonder and play at the different toy stations set around the room. £7- Pay as you go £25-X 4 Classes - 10% discount £60-X 10 Classes - 15% discount All with a FREE tea/coffee at the end.
